The Reunion is created by members of the original Camp Grounded team, whose events helped pioneer the adult summer camp movement from 2013–2017. What started as an experiment in the Mendocino redwoods grew into a nationally recognized experience that brought together more than 5,000 people across California, New York, North Carolina, and Texas and was featured in Forbes, The New York Times, GQ, NPR, CNN, The Atlantic, Fortune, The Guardian, The New Yorker, HuffPost, and more.
Nearly a decade later, we wondered what would happen if we brought the community back together. The answer came quickly: more than 200 tickets sold in the first three weeks, with attendees traveling from across the country to join us at Camp Navarro. We expect to welcome approximately 350 campers for a long weekend of connection, creativity, adventure, and play.
The Reunion is inspired by the feeling of a great family reunion—not because anyone is related, but because of what happens when people gather with intention.
People aren’t coming for celebrity speakers, influencers, or headliners. They’re coming because they want connection.
