Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase of tickets to The Reunion event and your attendance at the event. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these Terms. The Reunion is produced by Custom Camps LLC (“we,” “us,” or “the Organizer”).

2. Event Cancellation by Organizer

If we cancel The Reunion for any reason, we will refund the full ticket price minus third-party payment processing fees. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. We are not responsible for any other costs you may have incurred (travel, lodging, etc.).

3. Age Requirement

The Reunion is an adults-only event. All attendees must be 21 years of age or older. By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that all campers on your order are at least 21 years old.

The Reunion takes place at an outdoor camp facility. By attending, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless Custom Camps LLC, its organizers, employees, volunteers, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your attendance or participation in The Reunion, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

6. Health & Medical

You are responsible for your own health and well-being during the event. You should inform the organizers of any serious medical conditions or allergies. While meals accommodate common dietary restrictions, you are responsible for managing your own dietary needs and allergies.

We may photograph or record portions of the event for promotional and archival purposes. By attending, you grant Custom Camps LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your likeness in photos, videos, and other media related to The Reunion. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify us in advance.

9. Friend Invitations

When you invite a friend to share lodging, your name and the cabin assignment will be shared with the invited person. You represent that you have the right to provide any contact information submitted for invitation purposes.

10. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By purchasing a ticket, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein, including receiving communications about future events.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Custom Camps LLC’s total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or the event shall not exceed the amount you paid for your ticket. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

12. Changes to the Event

We reserve the right to modify the event schedule, activities, programming, lodging assignments, meals, or other details at any time. Such changes do not entitle you to a refund.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your purchase or attendance after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the event shall be resolved in the courts located in California.
